Please allow up to 2-3 days for processing. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. For questions, please contact us on the contact page.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at J&K. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Note: For security reasons, changes to an order including the shipping address cannot be changed after order has been placed.



Returns

You have 3 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to notify us if you would like to return an item. Please use the contact page to notify us of your order number, item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Please enclose a copy of your receipt or invoice with your return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits and lingerie are not eligible for refunds.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive the returned item. We will inspect it. If your refund is approved, we will credit your account in manner it was paid (for example, credit card). Your credit will be issued according to policies of the card issuer.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. ​
