Where is your store located?

You are here! J&K Embers Boutique is an online fashion boutique based out of Mountain Home, AR. We currently do not have a physical retail location and operate exclusively online. That is not to say that we may not add a physical location in the future. 

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 15 Day return policy. We offer free 15 day returns and exchanges (if item available) for clothing, bras, and shoes. Please notify us before 15 days of the purchase date for the reason for your return by sending an email to contact@jkembers.com. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with original tags/boxes/labels attached to be eligible for return. Items with makeup stains or damage are not eligible for return. We will email you a return authorization number and address to ship the item back. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect the item and then a refund will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase. We will send an email after we have issued the refund. Please allow your bank 7 to 10 days to process the transaction. 

Note: All items purchased on Sale or Clearance are NON-REFUNDABLE. Also, you MAY NOT return Hats, Scarves, Lingerie, or Swimsuits. We do offer return/exchanges on bras if they meet requirements. 

How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?

After we process your return, we will notify you of your refund. This usually takes 1-2 business days. Please allow the bank time to process the transaction.

How long after I place an order will it be shipped?

Our average processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Shoes, boots, and custom printed items may require up to 5 days processing time.

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! Tracking numbers are emailed when the package ships. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the package to be processed as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.

Exchanges:

Merchandise is available in limited quantities, but we do offer  exchanges if item is available. Please notify us promptly if you would like to check on an exchange. You may also place a new order for any items you want and follow our return policy as outlined above.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to the United States.
